Yesterday I received my deskpi rack. Its so cute
 I want to get a switch for it. The rack is 10" rack so I looked on UI's site for any switches that are 10". I could not find anything so I emailed UI. Dustin from UI "You can check the technical specifications of the UniFi devices here and check the dimensions of the switches to find the product you are looking for." WTF. I do not work for UI, I asked UI if they had any switches that would fit a 10" rack since I could not find any and they just tell me to look again. Next time, just tell me, yes or no question.

That sounds about right for Ubiquiti support.
It’s best to just pretend they don’t exist as they may as well not in my experience. |

There is no US based UI support.
they will tell you their name is Mike or Bobby or Justin. But it's really Sandeep, Sanjay or ObKabobkinnnawa |
