What is the screw size that holds the fan shroud on an Ender 3 V2?

I bought one for my oldest son for Christmas a year ago...

He had some fun with it - and gave it back not working.

It is missing the screw that holds on the fan shroud/cover of the hot end - to the plate.

Any one know the size?

Well I went and bought an M3x10

the M3 part is correct -the 10 is too long...

LOL

Just measure how much too long it is?

Or just cut a bit off and try again?

the whole screw including head is 7.5 mm

thread length is about 6mm
