It was over too quick. To bad they cant show the public how long it takes, how the guy needs to be held down and let them hear him scream, not from his mouth, but from the hole in his neck as they are sawing away.

If every American had to sit and watch it, they might understand what shit bags these guys really are. From watching tonite, they prob think no big deal, it was over before his head hit the floor.

IIRC, the bad guy dropped the scimitar after he took a burst in the chest from the SAW, and chopped the reporter`s head off. Besides he was only a reporter!

People like you really crack me up; if they showed George W. himself on the show mowing down a terrorist in the act of beheading an American nun, you would still find a way to put a liberal democratic spin on it.

As soon as I saw the Scimitar(sword for the not-so-bright) on camera I knew he was dead. In reality the T's use a knife(throat-to-back) because it is more greusome and >>>slower<<<, psychological effect. When you see a sword or machete it is quick usually done in one sswipe if the executioner has any skill and the victim doesn't flinch. When the victim flinches and moves it will usually require multiple strokes. Actually when compared to a knife the scimitar is more humane, even if it requires a 2nd stroke the spinal column is instantly destroyed. Cavalry type curved swords like the scimitar are excellent for removing heads because their curved edge maximizes cutting suface per stroke.
