Started working out 5 weeks ago...
and I use a personal trainer two days per week. I workout 3-4 days per week. My workout consists of 1.25-1.5 hours on weights, followed by 30 min on the treadmill. I walk over two miles. WOW, I noticed a big difference already. I was at 25% body fat, most of it on my midsection. I've lost around 5 pounds but my waist is slimmer and I've noticed my muscles are already building some. I am taking one picture per week and can notice the differences already. The best part is, I feel so much better each day.
Keep at it. If you can make it part of your lifestyle it is very easy to keep going. For me it is like brushing my teeth in the morning and I really hate it if I have to miss a work out. Good luck and enjoy the rewards.
Most personal trainers are idiots so keep that in mind if he has you doing some stupid shit.
