Nice! I love hitting PR's, especially on the Oly lifts because it relies so much more on technique.
Yeah it felt great.
I have slowed up on the Crossfit met-cons and am doing an 8 week strength period. Already seeing great results.

Cool...I'm on a constant strength program along with CF

I'm also lucky enough to live 20 minutes from Coach B so my Oly lifting has improved significantly.

No, I'm starting to coach at a local one though. I am about to own a Pilates studio though

I have been doing Crossfit for about a year now. Right now I am doing a 8 week strength cycle and am trying to gain weight.. Would like to get up to 190 or so. As well as raise all my PR's as well..
