Don't play as much as I'd like but I got the Head's Up on domination throwing my fake care package on 'A' and got Transfer title.

That is all.

All the frustation in MW3, getting pwnt by teenagers living in mom and dad's basement, it's the little accomplishments that matter.

I killed five dudes with a Predator missile today. So awesome.

I did dome ass kicking today. Got a new icon as well.

I threw a sticky grenade at my teammate, it stuck, and he ran into B on Arkaden. The sticky exploded and killed a bad guy.

It was awesome. Its called "Friends With Benefits"

I got that on MW2, yet to on MW3. Got the enemies one though.

I don't live in my moms basement, and I'm 31. But I play with a core group of 6 guys I've been playing with since 2001. The guys we beat up on left and the guys at the bottom are the unlucky ones that joined at the end. My GT is x0 Death Inc 0x if any of you guys would like to play sometime.

I don't know much about the game. Hopefully, you can explain this to me. Why don't the kills and deaths add up in your screenshot?

I'm guessing from your score that most of it came from kills and not flag caps correct? Pretty impressive.

The guys that did all the dying left the game after they realized they couldn't win. Then a new group of players came in at the end.

People rage quitting on the other team after getting their asses kicked like that.

Yeah, pretty impressive indeed, that's pretty much not even taking one bullet since it is hardcore. I wish I could make an entire team rage quit.... haha.

What matters for me is knowing my 46 y/o professional ass is kicking the shit out of those teenagers in BF3 lol

Running like a retard with a mp5. Plus it helps when your team mates keep laying down trophy systems and ballistic vests for you.

My money would be on Camping the objective like a douch instead of helping the team win .

You know, I wish they'd put number of flag caps up on the scoreboard in dom along with kills, deaths and assists. When I play games where there's a guy on my team who went like 45-3 but we lost, I want to know just how many flags did he cap. Just curious, and all.

You can tell what they did to some extent by the score. You get 50 for a kill and 150 for a cap. I know there are bonuses for certain kills, but you can get in the ball park. If they have 2200 points and 40 kills they probably didn't cap many flags.

The way we play is too take the two flags that give us the best spawn locations, and then we hold them trapping the other team at one flag. We never attempt to take that flag. Call it camping or whatever but we use it and have a 2.56 win to loss ratio.

That is not camping , Tht is map control.

That's not camping, it's a good way to play domination. It took me a little while to figure that out (thanks Kodiak), but yeah, if you've got them triple capped, the enemy spawns get really unpredictable and it's easy to get overwhelmed from seemingly out of nowhere. The only time I'm looking to take all three flags is if we're down a significant amount and we're trying to form a come back.

I'm better at taking flags than I am holding them.... . I can't aim to save my life. However, if I need to take one, out come the FMG9's and a kamikaze run.

Hell, that's normally how I defend flags. Akimbo FMGs, throw a flash or a nade if I got one, and jump in there holding down both triggers.

I had an epic quick scope kinda thing going defending a flag one time with a three man feed, getting shot from what seemed like all sides, it was amazing, then I got stuck with semtex and blown up. You win some, you lose some.

41-0 on domination is great, but not unheard of. Most decent players get in the 40-60 kill range. I went 31-0 in HCTDM on Bakaara, and wasn't even sniping. I had a suppressed FAD and an MP9 with a red dot as a backup. Got a MOAB at 25, right before the end of the game, and I assume the six kills from that, made it 31.

holy crap, someone that knows how to play domination. all the "kids" i end up playing with think it's a good idea to cap all three, then as you know, they spawn all over the map and we get slaughtered. i haven't been able to get any good scores in this game. cod4 was the best since it had the dedi servers and there were some rules if you found the right server. now it is a bunch of hopping, diving, spamming noobs that don't have a clue how to play tactically.

OK ok, I to enjoy playing MW3 but on PC, but you really cant use the word 'Tactically' as in to apply tactics to this game, that path leads to insanity.

a real tactical game is no fun, no re-spawn, no extra health and your character would have shitty sights and trigger control because of the adrenaline dump when the rounds start flying

That said, I really do love playing MW3, last weekend Steam offered a weekend trial download, the amount of new players was amazing, like fish in a barrel.

I heart noob lobbies.

Although last night I had some of the worst games ever. Argh.

So yesterday morning I just couldn't get anything together. Gave up and played some Bioshock (which I forgot just how much fun that game is, I haven't played it in so long), then later that evening went back to MW3 and did pretty decent. Had a guy send me a message saying "U SUK," after I killed him like eight times in the previous game.

Had a round playing TDM on Hardhat with Cheerleader and some of her friends. The can of Full Throttle kicked in with a vengance for one match.

Had a 12 kill streak going when I finally got killed.

Fricking cool.

Wish I had had the recorder on.

Personaly , For the every now and than "Holy shit did you see that?" It is not worth sucking up the hard drive space for.

I saved my 31:0 MOAB match on Bakaara, and I was kinda ticked when it didn't actually show the MOAB. Your heard it, and you saw everyone drop dead, but it didn't show anything like it did in the game. Disappointing, for sure.

You should post it. I would like to see it and watch how you play. Running and gunning is not my specialty, but I am trying to pick up on it. I don't do very well unless I try to stay in a smaller area of the map and control it.

How do I get it online? If you add me (FortyMillimeter), you can look in my vault or whatever.

I try play similar to you a lot of the time. However, I still almost never win a gun battle head to head. A lot of it is me, but I also lose a lot when I see them first, shoot first, and hit first. I think there is some lag, or lag compensation, that is working against me sometimes. I know I miss a lot, but if I am getting steady hit markers with a SCAR or ACR they shouldn't be able to raise up and instakill me. A good portion of my deaths come from a guy who does't even know I'm there until my bullets hit him.... Frustrating. The game has made using silencers on any of my guns impossible. I just can't get any kills with them.

Oh well, enough whining. I enjoy the game but moving around very much at all is tough for me.

I think I've been on the shit end of the stick when it comes to lag compensation a couple times, which is hilarious because I'm the one with the slow connection. I mean, sights on target, I'm firing, no hitmarkers for a good five or six shots, then I drop dead. Watching the other guy's kill cam, I'm not even looking at them, much less shooting at them, as they're shooting me.

Besides, head to head gun battles are bad juju in this game. They're just so inconsistent, I try my hardest not to get into them, preferring to get them from a distance, or from their back or sides.

I've given up on silencers as well, I think I'll still use them if I play FFA or something, but they seem to take so much out of your gun. I think it was Sunday when I was playing with y'all, using an unsilenced ACR, guys just took sooooooooo many shots to die, I didn't get it. And then some days, it's like this thing hits like a truck. But I universally get waxed by guys using silenced Type 95s and MK14s.

I snipe now more than ever, been working extra hard on learning how to quick scope well. At least maybe 7-8 times out of ten, if I hit someone, they die. But then the hitmarkers with sniper rifles are infuriating as well; please explain to me, IW, how a torso shot with a .50 ain't a kill.

I have had many similar experiences... Especially what I highlighted in blue. Occasionally, I will get crazy long shot kills with just a short burst. Later, I will be using the same gun, and I dump half a mag in someone right in front of me. I end up being the one watching the kill cam.

I've had 3 hits with the MSR a couple of times that didn't give me a kill. One was really close range on Bakaara. He was running on the street right below me. He ran right up the stairs and killed me. His screen wasn't the slightest bit red.

I've had hitmarkers with the MSR, but I think its given me the most consistent one hit kills out of all the sniper rifles, even the .50s. It's easiest for me to quick scope with as well.

You want a rifle that'll drive you nuts with hitmarkers, use the L118A. Maybe it's just me, but I've found that if you don't hit them square on center of mass or in the head, it's almost certain to be a hitmarker with the L118A.

Silemced MP7 with rapid fire RAPEZ.

Damn I'm pissed. I've been trying to level up on my COD4 account so I can get another prestige token on MW3 (I only had a few levels left on COD4). Made it to level 50 or so then I get into a hacked lobby. Every time I got a kill, instead of giving me xp, it deducted a huge amount. Didn't notice until the end of the match. Set me back from level 48 to 15 .

Fuck. Two hours of double XP isn't worth doing it over again.

I got my first across the map knife kill on MW3 today. It bounced off the ground and a wall I think but it still got him.

I still think the funnest COD play for me is FFA on COD4.

I never put any effort into steady aim my first time around, but after working with it a bit, a subgun with steady aim spraying from the hip is pretty legit. Needs moar extended mags though to be really effective.

Seems now I'm just trying to get challenges. Just got the Surgical title. Never thought I'd get one of those and I got it on accident. It's when you empty your whole mag into an enemy w/o missing.

damn 41-0? I thought I was good! I ONLY play hardcore team death match and usually dominate every game despite having a shitty team. My K/D is only 1.35 because I let friends play

Dude that hack has been going on since Before MW2 came out.

First time I've seen it. Doesn't make it any less frustrating.

I just got the title and emblem for two head shots with one bullet.

I was stoked to get the 5 kills with one pred missle one the otherday . Total luck moment. I ment to get three of them and I guess the other two where lucky enough to spawn at that moment. Best part was I stole the damn missle in the first place .

I got the mastodon title last night (finish a match with a 5:1 KD), but I feel like a jack ass using it since I suck. Everything lined up just right to get it, noobs, good team mates, my bullets were registering mad proper, kill streaks were doing work.

Usuaully if I'm with a good team there's a mix of high caps/low kills and high kills/low caps because you have guys focusing on the flags and guys focusing on killing the other team. Works out really well.

Now to just get my PS3 fixed and try it again

I dropped into a mercenary domination game the other night where basically everyone on my team except me and one other guy was focusing on murdering the other team. I mean, we're triple capped, losing by like 40-50 points, totally doable for a come back, and there are three guys hanging out on the left ramp coming off A on Mission with sniper rifles, picking off guys running up the other ramp leading towards B.

Me and the other dude got A, went to B, got B just as we both get killed by a grenade, respawn at A, I hear "losing B!" then I hear "friendly AGM online," and I'm like cool, drop some of those monsters on B, dude. But no, the reaper kid raped the other team's spawn, while one or two guys retook B. What. The. Hell?! Run back up to B, and not a single one of those missiles landed anywhere near a flag we were trying to take or defend, someone shot the reaper down, then I hear "friendly AC130 is in the air," and again, I'm thinking "dump some shells on those flags man, we can come back and win this."

But no, back to killing everyone in their spawn. We lost the game, 200-141. I went 22-24 and had about 2400 points, the dude who was calling in all the air support went 30-12 and had about 1500 points. There were guys that went 13-16, like 11-17, and they both had about 1400-1500 points.

Killing the other team is good, but dude, help us out when we're trying to grab flags.

Yeah, an entire team of shooters or an entire team of flag grabbers usually doesn't win matches

Noob lobbies are the best thing ever!


When I find one Im staying there as long as I can just to make the op-for go WTF was that?


Then they probably trade there game in the following morning from the ass rapeing me and my friends do.
