I LOVE this series of games, I usually play the more serious stuff, but dammit I always have alot of fun playing these. Any fans out there?

I've got one of their games for my PSP... and there's a spot I couldn't get past so I gave up. I've been playing Gran Turismo 4 now for like 196 days... I got the Bugatti Veyron and I'm happy... now to just get the rest of the cars... like the $3,000,000 Nissan or whatever it is...

I got one of the games with my PS3. I've only played it once. It was well produced and obviously had a lot of jokes, but it seemed way too cartoony and slick.

I love this series. I cannot wait to see what they'll do next with it.
The humor is perfectly timed and very funny. My favorite is still in ToD when the badguy is going on a LONG-winded rant and Ratchet and Clank are surrounded by badguys and after he finishes Ratchet says, "Wait...so your name is Percieval?" and he and Clank start laughing. Just a brilliant series and I hope Insomniac keeps making the games for a long time to come.
In what other game can you have a robot named Mr. Zircon who talks smack and insults bad guys in an evil robot voice while blasting away at badguys with a giant belching reptile strapped to a gun. Or the Ryno V that, while firing a steady stream of missiles, plays the 1812 Overture by Tchaikovsky.

Jenn started the series when it first came out and I was hooked. Loved the gameplay. At least she got to finish the last R&C that just came out before our PS3 took a large dump on us.
One day I will have to buy another system but would love to hold out for the PS4, but that is a long time off.
