How do I make my droid stop trying to download a video?

A download failed at 20% about a month ago.

It continues to try to download the file.

I don't want it to screw me on data when I'm away from wifi.

The device is a samsung galaxy.

1. Go into applications and Clear the Data for the app. (you will lose any saved game data)
