Put my music that is on my iTunes that I purchased onto my new phone. Was told I needed drm removal?

How many songs and when were they purchased? iTunes went DRM-free a few years ago.

If its just a few songs, burn to CD and re-rip. If you have a lot, use a virtual CD burner to re-rip back to your hard drive without having to make a physical disk.

Edit: Pull up itunes and look at the file type for your songs. If they say "Protected AAC", you have DRM. If they say "Purchased AAC", you don't.

The music part would have been helpful in the original post

I don't think we're really supposed to talk about this here, but you should be able to find some tools pretty easily on the google.

I used FairUse4WM to strip the DRM on a few MP3s I had lost the licenses for after a HDD failure. I used the site above to download the software from. They have several other options to choose from.
