Osprey Books about Snipers
I have a very good friend in New York who has secured approximately 20 copies each of Martin Pegler's books on sniping and sniper rifles for distribution to troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have the one on Sniper rifles, it's a pretty good overview of the subject, not extremely technical but provides a lot of good historical background. If you want something even more useful (for Afghanistan IMHO) the one on RPGs is EXCELLENT.
