Well, It started out as a triple. I had a bunch of leftover ingredients laying around. So I goofed around a bit.
19 lb pale 2 row
2.5 lb candy sugar syrup (made with cane sugar and DME)
1oz Glacier 60 min
1 oz cascade 45 min
1 oz northern brewer 30 min
1.5 oz mount hood between 20 to 30 minutes (tossed a handful in whenever I walked by the kettle)
1oz tettenanger 15 min
1 oz tettananger 5 min
Post boil gravity was 1.080
I am pitching White labs belgian high gravity yeast, Its been on the stir plate for the past two days.
I am thinking of a 2 week primary, then 10 week secondary. I will probably add an ounce of corriander with the secondary.
Only took one pic from todays brewday. I was having issues, I had an appointment that I didnt realize. So I mashed at 152 for 2 hours, Got back from the appointment ans sparged. Only to run out of time and had to go to a meeting. so i left the wort sitting cold in the boil kettle until I could get back and finish.

You're going to end up with more of a Belgian Strong/IPA....Sounds good.

Hahaha, I hate when brew days go like that.
I love tripels, though!
