Pretty sure they are Mile Marker Hydraulicly operated winches. in the 60.000 lbs class. I may be wrong, but i'll walk over to the vehicle lot later today and see for myself and correct this if I am wrong.

they only have an 18k winch on their website. i'll look around a bit more later today
We had the leaf-spring 4x4s in Iraq and it had a DISMALL winch. It was rated way below the vehicle weight, thus the reason your SL3 has several 2 part blocks. I want to say it was 33,000 lbs or close to that.
We got one of ours stuck with a PC minerolller on it in soft sand. Had to run the cable through both blocks to another MRAP that was tied off to a third. Took way too long to get that POS unstuck.
