Army E4 deployment pay...
Can anyone tell me roughly what a married Army E4 would make on a combat deployment?
I tried googling the answer, hell I even used .mil1source, and still can't get an answer.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

BAH (whatever that is for your zip code) BAS, base pay ($2046, I think it is now) Hostile Fire Pay, Family Separation Pay, tax free exemption (federal income taxes, you still pay SS and state taxes and what not)
I don't recall exactly, but I think it worked out to about 1100 bucks more per month than I made in the states.
Being in an airborne unit, would jump pay be included too?

$3.50 a day for Afghanistan. File for it when you redeploy back home.
BAH+BAS($323)+Base Pay=regular pay + Hostile Fire Pay($225/prorated for days in country)+Hardship duty pay($100)+Family Seperation($250)+Federal Tax Free
So at least $575 extra.
