I've got camping on the brain......

Looking forward to hunting season but its not til Nov. Would love to take the kids camping before then but I'm cursed with living in S Florida and it is way to F'in hot this time of year. I have to be content with dragging by camping equipment out and figuring out what I need to pick-up for my son's first hunting trip.

More power to ya. I know some people like camping down along a1a and the beach which might be a little more bearable but I'm looking to head for the mountains. Just hard to plan a trip that far away with the kids being in school and all.

Same story here. getting to where it is bearable in the evening but as long as the sun's up its uncomfortable.

Time to start watching the daytime temps in the mountains closest to you. Should be getting close to that time.
