Some pics in a video from my hiking trip out west

I spent a week and a half in Glacier, Grand Tetons, and Rocky Mountain National Parks. Sweet trip, but next time I'll go alone or with someone more like minded. I have 250 pics and some videos, it's just easier to post it this way for now.
Cool pics; but I wasn't expecting Op Ivy; hehe.

Great pictures. Hope you got more to post.
Where you close to Crater of the Moon?
So who was the wet blanket?
PITA45
bad ass pics, I want to take up back packing. Any good trails in the wisconsin area?
There's the North Country Trail in WI, but I haven't hiked it. I usually hike on the Superior Hiking Trail in MN. In WI my hiking invloves grouse and a shotgun.
To answer the other post, an old friend met me in MT and wouldn't do anything, dropped me off at the wrong shuttle bus areas, slept in, etc...and made me listen to NPR and BBC podcasts while driving with no AC in his car.

He also didn't care if we saw animals and would just keep driving so I didn't get a pic of the big bull moose in the river near the Tetons.
That said, it was a good time and I saw a lot of great country out there. 3 of the trails I was going to hike in Glacier were closed due to Grizzly activity, so that was a bummer.
No idea what Crater of the Moon is. I did meet an awesome girl on a trail in the Tetons...owns a Barrett 50, AR's, etc.

Too bad she lives across the country from me.
Cool pics, horrible music.

It could be worse, the music that is, I suppose, at lest in theory. I just can't imagine how.
It wasn't my first choice, but the boots and walking...seemed to fit the theme. Next one I do will have video clips in it, and non punk music.
cool pics, but choice of music sucks!
Very nice photos!!! Thanks for sharing!
I too agree that the music sucked :-)
Also might I suggest that if you do another video you change the setting for how long each photo displays. It looked like it was set to 3 seconds which made the slideshow really quick and hard to really look at each photo in detail and enjoy your great photos.

I'm planning on that. I have some videos that I'm trying to learn how to import videos into it (vlc file..something about that format not being accepted) and make it more interesting. This was just a practice vid with mostly trail pics instead of animals, pics of me, etc. The next one will have some more easy to listen to music on it.
Once I get my the pics from the Highline trail from my friends camera I'll get to work on a good one. I've got one in the works just for the Death Canyon to Static Peak Divide hike. That was a great one, just over 15mi and lots of elevation gain!
