The smelts went by last week and the kings are on the way. Parents are getting ready for fish camp. They look to put up about 40 or so kings. Mom make them into slabes and strips to be soaked in a brine then smoked for 2 to 3 weeks.

Well my Mom and Dad put up about 70 kings cut into slabs and strips. They should be done smoking in another 1.5 weeks. Now the problem of finding roo, to store them.
