Sunglow Fishing Pier in Daytona Beach, Fl
Has anybody every done any fishing off of this pier? We are going to Disneyworld next week and are going to stop off in Daytona to get some beach time.
I thought that I might do some casual fishing off this pier. Any ideas what the best times are to go and what bait might work this time of year. Thanks.

I used to fish there years back. Depending on the tides, you can catch some good stuff. You might be better off getting on a group fishing boat out of Ponce Inlet (just a few miles south).
i was going to say that too , i live near by , try a fishing trip on the critter fleet out of ponce inlet about 5 miles south on a1a , right by the light house
its about 75 a person , you got a good chance at getting some dinner
