Outboard Motor Stand

I was recently gifted a 1954 3HP Johnson outboard.
Has anyone built their own stand? I'm looking to get
the motor out of the box I had it shipped in from Montana.
It only weighs 32 lbs so its not like I need an industrial strength on.

Any help is appreciated.
