need help finding a published copy of pax americana

The Frugal forum thread got me thinking about the story by Desert Doc Pax Americana. I know it for published but I cannot find a copy of it anywhere and my searches just turn up the PDF copy.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be most greatful.

I'll 2nd this. Normally I would say support the author but the printed book (at least the 1st printing, not sure if there is 2nd printing) had major gaps and omissions in the story compared to the online version. After reading the pdf, the actual book was barely readable.

I've only got through chapter 60 in PDF, and 26 more chapters in RTF. Not the complete set... I got tired of it after a while.
