Lights out

I had Lights Out in PDF on my hard drive but when it crashed I lost it. I have bought the book and have it on the shelf but I would like to have the PDF again. Frugal Squirrel just has chapters 1-20. Where can I get the rest?

1st, thanks for supporting an amazing author. 
the pdf isn't supposed to be available anymore, and David has requested of the places where it's still found that they take it down, since the book's in print now. I think your best bet for a computer-based version would be to buy the Kindle or Nook version - if you don't have an e-reader, there are apps you can download for free to read their versions.

Since I'm sure davids intent in limiting the circulation of the pdf copy was to encourage folks to buy the hard copy, which you've already done, how about this...
Post a pic of your copy with a well known arfcomism in the photo with todays date AND pm me your e-mail address and ill go dig out my digital copy.
I don't have a ereader, and I find myself using the pdf copy on my phone more than my hardcopy, so I can understand your situation.
