Mine;
Under armor Cold gear; This stuff is amazing. light, comfy, and ridiculously warm.
Lone wolf Climbing sticks; Four three foot section will get me 20 feet in the air in no time. Super amazingly quite (no metal to clang around), they stack on each other for ease of carry, and I can get up in any tree I want, often faster than I can with a climber.
Lone wolf stands; I hate to sound like a fan boy and these suckers are pricey, but they are light/portable, amazingly comfortable, and go on a tree in seconds.
Rocky Boots; I have owned the gambit of name brand hunting boots, my Rocky's have been used and abused for the last 5 years, still the most comfortable/ warm boots I own.
Buck Vanguard knife; For $55 I got a blade that has skinned 40+ deer, been used as pry bar, skinned numerous coyotes, and chopped down small trees. I still have to have to sharpen it.
A good covetable pack. Several companies make a fanny pack that turns into a backpack; I forget the name brand of mine, but the thing is rock solid and if I have stand and climbing sticks on my back I can break it down to a fanny pack and wear it in front.

For me in southern AZ:
-Good boots as there are lots of mountains and nasty hills and snakes
-Camelback with a 3L bladder, still kinda hot here and need that water
-Rifle with good sling
-Gloves

Inside camelback:
-Blue tarp to wrap deer in to drag/carry out
-Game bag before it goes in the tarp
-Rope
-Snacks
-Multipliers (never leave the pack)
-Cleaning Rod and CLP (Never leave the pack)
-Ear Pro (Also never leave the pack)
-Quail and coyote calls (also never leave the pack)
-TP
-Small first aid kit
-Small fire starting kit
-Flashlight
-1911
-One extra 30 round Pmag (more then just deer out here and by all the burlap drug sacks I found...)

On belt:
-Knife with extra folder in the sheath
-Binocular pouch (binos in pocket/phone in pouch)
-Range finder (in other pocket)

Around my neck is a 'Sniper veil' and a LaRue hat on my head with sunglasses.

Ear plugs, seriously?

I've never worn earplugs into the field. I want to be able to hear game approaching.

It's not like I'm shooting on the range......................

Electronic ear pro. I hear better with them than normal, and helps prevent hearing damage. total win.

Below about 25 degrees, otherwise forget the second set of thermals and lighter non insulated boots. I can last about 3 hours without insulated boots or the second set of thermals.

Thin pair of wick style socks, one pair wool blend socks.
Polartec thermals.
Wool sweater.
Older pair of insulated pants, don't remember the brand as they're over 20 years old.
Cabela's Dry Plus jacket and bibs.
Baffin boots

Cabela's Guide Model Pack:
Bino's, range finder (if I'm hunting limited vision stand I only take the range finder, it's 8X)
lighter or matches
Toilet paper (makes a good tracking marker and is biodegradable if not used otherwise)
extra pair of gloves, heat packs, some band aids
small cheapo folding saw for branches or cutting the pelvic bones
Couple of knives
energy bars, gum, gatorade (fruit punch, I'm hooked on this shit)
license/tags for the kill (extra ammo is in pocket of jacket or bibs)
cell phone in areas where I can get a signal
Flashlight and headlight for tracking (we know our area and don't need lights to get in or out, farm country)
HSS vest for tree stands

If I'm outstate hunting I also take my GPS.

If I am predator hunting then remove the tarp and game bag.

If I am bird hunting remove the trap/game bag and pmag. Add a box or 2 of shotshells. Take the knife off the belt and replace them with a maxpedition mag drop pouch to carry my dead birds in. They roll up nice when in use and carry a decent amount of bird. Also the veil stays hanging from the pack to get all that natural earth scent on it

little odds and ends may differ depending on what weapon I use, but its always basically the same + or - one or two things.

I go with the "one is none" rule. II always have my primary weapon plus- glock 36, 2 knives, and two flashlights...I can get away with accidentally forgetting just about everything else

eta- I unfortunately hunt within earshot of help half the time, if I were out west and had hundred of acres to hunt my pack would be a little more full.
