I can't find a ballistics chart or anything. Anyone know the trajectory?

For Hunting, I would zero at 50yards, shoot it at 25, 75 & 100yards and see your drop.

This. 50 yards is a good zero, but I wouldn't shoot it at a game animal any farther than I'd practiced at the range.

If you are getting good groups at 100 I would zero there. You would likely only be ~1" high at 50 and maybe drop 5" or so at 150. Just rough guesses.

Sabots? Which? Hornady SSTs? Lightfields? Remington Copper Solids?

Hornady publishes a 150yd zero with a 200yd MPBR. Copper Solids have a 100yd zero and about 150yd MPBR.

I use the Hornadys with excellent results.

How far do you anticipate your shots to be where you hunt?

I zeroed @ 100 yds this morning. Slugs were about 1.5" high at 50. I don't think I'll take any shots over 125 yds.

I was surprised how scary accurate my ultra slug hunter is. January 6th and 7th are the last two shotgun days of the season, so any deer within 125 yards of me better have their affairs in order.

If I understand your question correctly.

Most hunters go out scouting pre-season to scout, they are looking for signs of "Traffic" and Bedding area. With this info, you can set up a "known" distance shot by placing their tree stand or "hide" within a specific distance away. I would do this for 100yards, this puts you far enough away that you shouldnt spook the animals passing and doesnt put you out of range to get a good kill shot.

The guys doing stalk hunts run into more issues especially when out in open fields but most learn to range their target. This comes from year and years of experience hunting.

I just put a Mil-Dot scope on my AR, with the proper knowledge and info, you can actually "range" a target, especially if you know the size.

I have a Savage 220 that I zeroed at 150yds with
Federal Premium 3" Ballistic Tip Expanders.....it shoots about 1 to 1.5 high at 50y and about 1.5 to 2 lower at 200
