Do you guys make a dedicated upper that we can use here in NY ? If not can one be ordered without the bayo lug and a muzzle brake or plain barrel ? On a side note I have a older stainless steel conversion unit. It can not be used with the locking lug and other newer parts can it ?

I'll try to answer your question as best I can.
CMMG does not make a line of compliant uppers.
There is options for the compliance. There is a section with pricing on the web site for bayo lug removal, pinned FH ect.

The locking lug will not fit on the older conversion.
