This will go on my minimalist chest rig (Specter M1 Mk3 with 2x2 M4 mag pouch center and double pistol mag pouch on the left.) This pouch will go on the right / support side. I plan to use it to hold a multi-tool, folding knife and G2 flashlight. If you have something else you would recommend, I am all ears. Looking for black, I know that is not in style these days....but that is what I am using.
I'll see what I can muster for an answer.

Sounds like 6-12 weeks for the Admin pouch...... That's kind of like getting a maybe when you ask a girl out (WTF does a maybe mean?)...... Sorry I can't get you a more straightforward answer.
