Wilson rear sight problem

Yeah guys I got it. It seems there are some differences in some of these upper dimensions. The LaRue mount/scope combo for this rifle was way too tight for my buddies upper. Oh how did I get the sight tight to "this upper"? 200 foot lbs of torque
