POF 416 Gen1?
Is the POF 416 Gen1 legal to own, or do you have to have stamp/class 3 for it? What makes a lower illegal to own? I keep getting different stories about this so I figured I would come straight to the source. Any help is appreciated.
A P416 is a semi-auto lower and is completely legal to own, unless you live in a few states that restrict them. The only difference between P415 and the P416 is the P416 has the full auto markings on them, but is NOT full-auto.
