The New York state budget was just passed, eliminating COBIS...Which was the spent pistol casing database the never worked..( the reason why you couldnt sell NEW pistols before)....so NY is now gtg with the new pistol sales

Bryan would just make me read it anyway.

Looks good to me. The budget repeals 396-FF of the General Business Law immediately. 396-FF is the requirement to collect a spent shell casing.

Governor signed it yesterday so it looks like 396-FF should be repealed by now.
