 PredatOBR 7.62 and OBR 7.62 weight difference

The PredatOBR is listed as 8.2lbs, the OBR 9.25lbs. What accounts for the weight difference?

Handguard, Built in rail MOA, and maybe barrel length if the predatOBR is 14.5".

The figures could be wrong, or
The LaRue stock that comes on the predatOBR could be lighter than the ______ stock that was on the OBR that was weighed
Possible that different barrel lengths were weighed

The biggest difference is the 8.2 lbs quoted on the 'TOBR is for the 14.5" bbl, there was a thread a few weeks ago where MFingar stated the 16" would be closer to 9 lbs. MFingar also mentioned that they were going to update the web page, but I haven't seen anything yet.
