I am not going to pass out legal advice. Do not order unless you have checked with your local authorities and confirmed legality. We comply with Oregon and Federal law. It is up to the buyer to comply with their state and local laws.
What about converting the mags into 10 rounds, there palce that sell them but they charge an arm and a leg to do that when all there doing is adding a plastic block and putting adhesive or a pin inthe bottom plate. ive been told that if you have the block and get the mag rebuild kits you can do it as long as they dont except more then ten rounds your ok getting them as rebuilds kits cause the mags are torn apart for shipping .

Or are your mag bodies undated?
I just want to make sure that I am legal before I place an order.
I am not from NY so I won't pretend to know your laws, but the burder of proof is always on the prosecution. Remember the Miranda Rights? The have the right to remain quiet. That means among many things that not defending yourself is not required, the state must prove you have committed the crime. This isn't Iran, you don't have to prove your innocence, rather the state needs to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you have committed a crime.

CA law is very clear on this. Don't import or manufacture high cap mags, that means you cannot bring in an assembled high cap nor can you create in any way a post ban high cap. So that answers your questions. With regards to the conversion to 10rds, that is legal but most be done properly. The CA DOJ has stated that the conversion must be permanent, those "drop in" blocks are illegal. However since we do not know what permanent is, since the idiots at the DOJ refuse to tell us (since that would give us a blueprint), we must assume that by permanent it cannot be reversed under any circumstance.
44mag, thanks for offering this service. As you clearly already know what you are doing is 100% legal and you are providing a valuable service for those in California and the other ban states.
Yes thanks Josh I work for our Great State I know you can , I was just throwing it out there to see if any body has had any luck on getting the Mags allready done at a good price that doest charge over 32 for the 20 , and almost 36 for the 30 at a couple of stores in the state allready selling them .it makes no since charging an arm and a leg for a mag that only cost a 14 or 18 dollars then adding a Pin and a block and some expoxy like they do and Doj calls it leagal. its a shame to price hike it
