Stupid BCG Question

The carrier on the bottom in the pic seems to be lighter in color and more polished than the other NiB BCG I own.
So, I was wondering Is the carrier on the bottom Nickle Boron or Chrome?
The carrier on the bottom also has made in the USA engraved on the left side if that helps.

Both NiB, we have multiple NiB platers now.

Tom have you been doing the engraved made in USA long. I seen a phosphate bcg with it but questioned it because of the engraving

Been doing it for a little while now. Sense we have multiple sources they don't all have the made in USA markings.
