another drum loading problem
hi,( kevin, step in if you want.) i have the updated drum btw. when i release the thumb wheel to let some of the ammo come up the tower, the point of the last one or two bullets gets caught pointing downward in the tower. not very much though. you have to keep working the wheel up and down and then they straighten up and point like there supposed to. any help please?
you are pulling it down too far when loading it, try only 2-3 rounds at a time. Also if your stack gets messed up you can pull it down a few times and it will usually straighten up the rims.
thanks, i`ll do that from now on. but i used to load it the same way as now and i did not have this problem before. doesn`t matter what ammo i use either. is it possible the front of the tower is too dirty with carbon build up that the nose of the bullets are dragging the front of the tower?( not much more than a film build up if any) i`ll try cleaning the inside of the tower first but if this does not seem to cure it can i send it in to you guys to look at it? let me know and i`ll call you. thanks!
