 ATI & GSG5 Customer Service Sucks!

Had a GSG 5 in 2 times for repair on the same issue. Trigger is locked up and now the 3rd time they don't want to do anything about it! They tell me it is out of warranty when they know it has had an issue all along. Buyers beware! I will not ever sell another one of their shitty products in my store!


Then to top it off, I expressed my frustrations and was promptly hung up on!

Im kind of surprised to hear anything bad about their customer service.

I had a problem with a GSG stock and posted on the GSG forum here to find out the best way to get a new one, they immediately replied and had me send them my address. In two weeks they sent me two different stocks (one fixed, one 3 position).......... with good comunication they are AWESOME!!!!

I wasn't there listening to your conversations on the phone, but I don't generally help people who yell at me either, I don't blame them for hanging up on an irate customer....... if that is what happened.

wasn't yelling or being hard to deal with.....just trying to get some resolution on a gun that had same problems since day 1 which they know about. Then to tell me they would have to charge something to fix this time....that just don't sit well for me or my customer. So I ate it and bought it back from my customer to resolve the problem. That is customer service! I will not be doing businees or promoting any business for ATI after this small incident. I refuse to deal in Crap.
