I bought a M5 RAS off the EE and it needed the locking bracket screw. I e-mailed KAC late Tuesday and got a response back Thursday that the screw had shipped free of charge. I received the the packed today with not 1 screw but 5 extra and some cool KAC catalogs ass well. I will definitely be getting more of your stuff in the future.
