Mk 11 Mod 0, which rings & rear sight?

I have a Mk 11 Mod 0 that came with a Leupold 3.5 by 10 and had the two piece rings.
Well I loaned my rifle to someone and they took the rings and scope off (as well as the back up rear sight) ! They also misplaced all of them after removal !
I had replaced the scope with an illuminated retical version so I still have the original scope.
Which rings do I need ? Low, Med or High (I bet the Med)
Which back up sight? 300 or 600 Meter (I guess the 600)
I should not have loaned it out and this is what I get.
Help me out so I can get this rifle back in order.

You would need the medium height rings if you are trying to keep it original and the p/n 98033 would the ones. But if you're looking to upgrade I would definitely recommend any of our one-piece scope mounts. For the BUIS the original is the full-size 200-600m flip-up rear sight p/n 98474.
