Question on VTAC/Troy LPSM
I just bought a Low Pro Sling Mount and it seems like it is not cut properly. Any time I go from slung to the high ready the qd pops out of the socket. Am I doing it wrong? The race is not cut in a complete circle and when it gets to the uncut areas it pops out under tension.
Is the something anyone else has dealt with?
Sounds like the QD swivel is not seating properly in the mount. Please contact our Customer Service/Returns Department at Service@TroyInd.com immediately and Jeff or myself will be happy to set up a return with you. All Troy Industries products, including Troy/VTAC products, are under a lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do.
