AR Riser #MNT0930?

Just a question about this mount. How high does it raise the mounted optic? 5/8"? What?
It says in your catalogue that it allows you to see through and use your iron sights.
I guess that rules out co-witnessing.
Anyway, just wondering how tall it is.
Any information would be appreciated.
