Fat rifle length AR?

So I put my PSA lower assembled with a PSA gen 2 Magpul LPK with BCM BCG, charging handle, A2 detachable sight, and one Pmag on a light weight scale and got 3 pounds 11 ounces of weight...I have a PSA 20" govt profile upper coming in Tuesday and shipping says 6 pounds... They tend to be a pound over on shipping but I was anticipating an 8 pound gun unloaded.
Anyone know the weight of their 20" upper set up?

First you stated you weighed it with a PMAG in the rifle but you're asking about 8 lbs. UNLOADED. Did the PMAG have any ammo in it? How accurate is your scale?
Also your estimating how much the packing and shipping materials weigh. You really can't be certain how much the shipping materials weigh, so you're best bet is to just wait til you get the upper.

Unloaded, forgot this sight demands specifics 
The scale is very accurate, I was asking for the weight of 20" set ups that people have.
