.458 SOCOM or .50 Beowolf
Ok...I guess I posted on the wrong board so forgive me, but here goes again...I'm thinking of getting either a .458 SOCOM or .50 Beowolf upper for my AR. These are both legal for deer here in Indiana. Any thoughts? I know that ammo is hard to come by for both. Any advice would really be appreciated!
I have a Beowulf and love it. Feel free to pm me any specific questions.
I've doing research on both, someone correct me if I'm wrong but the .458 SOCOM has wider choice of bullets between the two.
In the end I bought the SOCOM now I'm waiting to the components to arrive.
