WIll this rail system work with a midlength low profile gas tube/block? I assume it will, just wanted to check. I like the FDE rail and am considering that over the Larue for my upcoming build.

Yes. Good luck finding one in stock, though.
It will work just fine but the M203 mounting arms will need to be removed from the RIS II because they happen to be in the same area as a midlength gas block. They are just held on with allen screws

Actually after I read that, I checked online and Midwayusa had one in stock. It will be here Monday..got the barrel nut wrench and DD FDE rail for 355 shipped. Used the 35 off discount for this month!!
