Can I use AR15 gas blocks on LR308 platforms if gas block seat diameter are the same?

Specifically, I am interested in the Syrac Ordnance adjustable gas block.

It should be fine. Typically the .308 AR's don't have a different gas system for DI rifles and DPMS uses the same gas blocks as the .223's.

JP Enterprises and SI Defense also have one similar with the tunable set screw. The Syrac looks like it locks up without needing to loctite it in though.

As long as you use a steel gas block of the correct diameter, and it is made correctly, and your gas port is the correct diameter for the loads you are shooting, you'll be fine.

This is why I prefer adjustable.

That was exactly why I was interested in that specific block. I've heard of other adjustable block screws walking out and the fix for that was a drill a set screw for the adjusting screw.
