AAC Blackout on my LMT MWS!

Did you need to use a crush washer or shims? I am thinking about going with a AAC break but heard the threads are too short .

You do not use anything when using the blackout flashhider.
Use shims when mounting the brakeout or the muzzle brake. Or have the shoulder turned back so it indexes properly.
