Who should do 9mm bolt modification?

I would appreciate some input on this:
I am purchasing a 9mm Spikes upper and I am putting it on a Lone Wolf pistol lower which takes Glock mags.
(I think the bolt might already be ramped, I haven't seen it yet myself.)
***Lone Wolf does the bolt modification to work with their lower and Glock mags for $35.00, but I have also heard good things about Adco..
Preferences? Suggestions?
