First AR Pistol Build - Barrel Options?

I'm going to start my first AR pistol build this payday and over the past few weeks Ive been looking at different builds by this forums members and figured out what I want my pistol to look like. I 'm stuck on what barrel to go with, any suggestions? Pros and Cons to these barrels? Price is no concern.

I just finished two pistol builds using the 10.5" version and I am very impressed with both of them, I personaly perfer stainless over chrome moly or chrome lined.
