been noticing a lot of gun parts on eBay as of late.
A LOT OF PARTS!
They must have changed their policies.

To my understanding, their rules ban gun parts that 'directly aid the discharge of a firearm" such as triggers. I bought chrome BCG's, timney triggers for my Remington 600, etc but AR barrels and triggers are Almost impossible to find
I also watch 1911 parts - lots of triggers, as well as barrels, etc....
I never even thought of checking eBay for firearm parts.
I sure wouldn't sell any there!
That's what GunBroker and Auction Arms are for.
eBay is anti-2nd, so I'll spend my firearm money elsewhere.
What better revenge than to create transactions they would prefer couldn't happen???

Those stocks are A2's. I was about to get excited about a NIW Type E stock.

Yeah! That would have been nice if they were A1s!
They closed my account for selling a mini-14 stock years ago.
Now they decide to change the gun parts thing.
Id bet that is $$$ related.
I remember the days when I first got on ebay (1998). Back then guns were not a problem. One of my first transactions I made was to buy a HK SP89 stretch on ebay back in '99! Still have it. Those were the golden days....
In B-school I ran across a Harvard Business School study that lauded the brilliance of Meg Whitman's decision to ban gun-related auctions. It's available online. As I recall, her reasoning was basically:
- She didn't like guns
- She didn't like people eho liked guns
- She feared lawsuits
So it was spun as mostly "3". but the decision was mostly "1". I don't think the gun owners bothered to turn out for her when she got into politics. Not that it would matter in the PRC.
