I saw this and was darn tempted, but I am on overload with all the USGI stuff I am stockpiling. I can't make up my mind what the be all end all prototype build would be. But that is why the protos are so cool. It can be a mix of just about everything you have on hand, stuff from NDS, and whatever the EE turns up. I also have a feeling we are going to be seeing a lot more proto stuff come up for sale once the proto FSB comes through and starts getting put onto barrels. Oh man, that is going to be sweet. Can't wait to see the builds.

If the Ensure is an indication of why hal143 is pulling the plug, I can sympathize...I too had to live on that crap for 4 months...and it took over a year to get any motivation to resume my 'hobbies'...

I take my mother supplies once a week from Sam's Club. I do most of her shopping since she can't drive anymore. 82 and she knows more about M16's then most grannies.
I got too many irons in the fire and have moved on to some other overdue projects. Plus the home repairs too. Gotta thin the herd.
My only dread is seeing everyones proto builds when they start to get completed. I know those pills Nurse Retro gave me won't stand a chance and I'll be tempted back into the lions den.

Yes Sir I'm dissapointed too. I may try again, but just can't see where the time and money will come from with all the other half-done builds left to finish.
