I would say better than outstanding.
I bought a M6A3 last year and started working up a load for it. Loading to mag length left me with .250 to the lands. Couldn't get a decent group out of the thing. (By decent I mean <= 1".
Called them up and after some discussion they guys says- yea, that's out of spec.
He emailed me a FedEx ticket and I shipped it to them and had it back in about one week with a new barrel installed.
Now shooting 1" groups.
I'm happy.

Had a very small issue with my REPR rail pieces. Shipping label sent, and I had the rifle back the next week.

OUTSTANDING! I wanted a REPR, but IMO, it's overpriced. LWRCI has the best 5.56 I have ever shot/owned.

I agree with everyone, but one thing has been left out. A Live Body to Speak to.
I hate pushing buttons to get to a live person to speak with.

Another satisfied customer here. IMHO, I am always willing to pay more for excellent Customer Service. That goes for just about anything to include Automotive Services, Restaurants, Groceries, Gasoline, etc.
The Customer Service that comes with each LWRCI rifle makes them very much worth it.

One time, I ordered maching M6A2s that had serial numbers just one digit off. Once came with an enhanced cam pin, and the other one didn't. I called them up and they shipped me one out the next day free of charge and didn't even want to see the pictures I took for proof. Very nice guys.
