Tell me why you like it and would you recommend it to others?

I like mine for all the same reasons I like my SR556C but wanted a better cartridge for hunting. If you want to hand load and get the most out of the 6.8 cartridge you will need to have the chamber modified to the “newer” SPC-II chamber or re-barreled with new chamber and twist. If you don’t modify it make sure you just use regular loads and not the hotter tactical loads as chamber pressures may become an issue. In other words, it is a good basic piston AR in 6.8 but a little behind the times on the chamber. If you just want a good AR for hunting you should be happy. (I just got the upper receiver and I can just change it out to any mil spec lower.)

I think they only offer uppers now. I tested one for awhile and it ran perfect without any malfunctions of any type.
