PMC X-TAC good to go?
Is there any feedback on the 55gr FMJ now that its been out for a while? Any issues?

J223....
Supposed to be great. Good luck finding any of the xp193 though
Runs fine in my PSA 16". Haven't seen much of the Xtac around lately though, the bronze stuff runs well too and that's what I've been able to find locally.
PMC is great ammo that is often overlooked.. Brass reloads well too.
I can't speak of the 193, but the 855 is great. Only thing I like better is IMI.
I love the X-Tac M855, nice groupings. But its out of stock everywhere... PSA used to have it cheap.
I hope its good I have 2700 rounds of it...but have not had a chance to take it to the range yet. I sure it will run great though.
PMC runs great, the round is a good bit weaker than a federal green tip though
Search yt for un-scientific lets see what this round will go through tests
Just got a 1K rounds of xtac in 5.56, cheaper than dirt has it, $311 for 1k....

I just picked up 1k of the 55 grain and 1k of the 62 grain Xtac!!
Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man –– living in the sky –– who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do.. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time! ..But He loves you.

The Xtac is one of the most accurate m193 rounds i've shot. From my personal experience, out of all of my ARs i've found the following in order of accuracy:
1.IMI 2.Xtax 3. Federal 4. Prvi

How did you get yours so fast? I also ordered yesterday around 2pm and haven't even received a shipping email notice.
I fear that I might get the dreaded "Order DROP out" email...
Mine arrived today as well!

I never got an email order confirmation or shipping confirmation/tracking number it just showed up the next day. I'm not complaining mind you just say'in.
Just a heads-up since I already ordered mine...
AIM currently has XP193.
Hopefully my rifle likes it as much as it does X-TAC 855. I can get 1" groups at 50yds with that stuff out of my 16" BCM.
GTG through my rifle. I used the PMC X-tac 5.56 55gr and it ran great. For reference my rifle does not do well with Tula .223
I shot about 5K of the 62gr XTAC through a 6920 last year.
Never cleaned the gun, never had a single problem...
Bought a couple hundred rounds of the 62gr and the 55gr Xtac and shot it this weekend. Other than the Hornady 55gr 223 (practice round) and the IMI 62gr, these will become my go-to nutria/plinking rounds, accurate, very clean, no problems. It appears to be go quality ammo from what ive seen.
I have shot several hundred rounds of the PMC Bronze and 62gr M-855 X-TAC. Both shoot clean and accurate enough, but the X-TAC left a little more crud on the bolt. I recently received the PMC 55gr X-TAC, have not shot it yet but I expect it to run as well as PMC M-855. I think any of the 3 PMC rounds are well worth the $ and a good choice to have on hand for plinking or the proverbial stuff hitting the fan.I have not tried the IMI M-855 or 55FMJ to compare to PMC, but plan to try some down the road for comparison. As always, your mileage may very.
