I'm looking to get 1,000 rounds of .223/5.56
I want to get at least 1,000 rounds of .223/5.56 and want the best price. I'm looking for ammo to start storing away. I don't care if it's steel cased, corrosive, or the grain of the ammunition, but just want some ammo. Some one point me in the direction of the lowest price. For the right price I would go ahead and get more than 1,000 rounds.
Go to www.gun-deals.com it is a site based on users information and prices are supplied by the users. It will tell you who has what and give you a link to it. Other than that it's google surfing.... I was in Chantilly Virginia today at the Nations Gun Show and got some Wolf steel cased for $110 per 500 The brass Privi was selling for $320 per 1000 in 5.56. Went home with 4000 rnds.

I didn't realize I was starting a bragging thread.

JK I'll take your advice, but I'd be interested in other people's advice.
Wideners has Wolf for $112.50/500 in stock.
I'm finding out that it's a real pain trying to buy ammo at 20 years old.
Find an older chick to buy it for you.

HAHA. All I'd have to do is show her my "guns". Then later be arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
Wolf military classic .223 at Kentucky gun co.com $120/500. Availability is becoming an issue du to the politics

That's also why I've been spending every extra penny on AR-15s. I remember my dad being able to sell cheaper brands of ARs in and around November for as much as twice what he paid.

So you don't care what ammo you get? I would be careful when buying bulk ammo from places you and many others don't trust.
This is what happens when you buy whatever ammo for the right price.
