LE/Gov use only was propably put there because it was manufactured duing the assault weapons ban from 94-2004. That means nothing now. I have seen them sell for around $250, but I have never owned one.

It is worth what ever a current c-mag sells for.
It was made during the ban so it doesn't have any value as a preban.
